This will open the following, 

▫️Land file, 

▫️Payment Receipt 

▫️Legal Deed of agreement

Afterwards, you are given at most 3months to meet up with  50%  of the payment. After the initial deposit of 50% is completed for the plot, your installment plan will be activated based on the property of interest AND you are allocated all your Documents for the plot. Its now made easy.
